DRIBBLING and BOUNCING SKILLS

 

To be able to work on your dribbling/bouncing skills at home, all you need is some type of ball that will bounce back up to you (e.g. basketball, soccer ball etc.) and an area that is relatively flat.

In the video, there is some basic information about how to dribble a ball with some demonstrations of different activities to try!

All of these activities can be modified to make harder or easier depending on your skill level! It would be great for you to take these basic drills and then create some of your own once you feel confident enough!
